Sledgehammer Ceremony at the Small Arms Building

Pazan Gallery is a proud sponsor of this important project by the Small Arms Society. This community based volunteer group hopes to repurpose this old building dedicated to making small arms for the soldiers fighting in Europe during WWII. 
Joining Councillor Tovey to get the project started was MP Stella Ambler, Minister Charles Sousa and Mayor Bonnie Crombie along with the volunteers from Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga. Pazan Gallery was represented by Marcelo Pazan.

The next phase of the project is to remove four concrete block walls, replace the broken windows and prepare the wash-rooms for rebuilding.
