Pazan Gallery Wall Collective

Pazan Gallery Wall Collective offers three dedicated walls—Wall A (21 ft), Wall B (14 ft), and Wall C (12 ft)—for a one-month solo exhibition. Enjoy professional track lighting, climate control, and high-traffic exposure in our 1,500 sq ft showroom at 6A Brant Ave, Mississauga.

  • Up to 47 linear ft of display space on white walls
  • Bi-weekly feature posts on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • 20 % discount on all framing/restoration services
  • Optional opening/closing reception (artist or gallery-hosted)

Commission & Payment:
  • Keep 75 % of all sales; gallery retains 25 % commission
  • Full rental fee due on the 1st of each month

Frequently asked questions about Pazan Gallery rentals

1) What is the rental fee for the art gallery?
Our gallery rental fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. We encourage you to check the website for the latest pricing information. We offer options from hourly to monthly rates.
2) What is the duration of the rental period for the art gallery?
We offer “pay as you go” rental terms for up to 3 months. We have a few options available for renting the gallery space based on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis. Please refer to our website for more information on our rental rates and availability. Rates are subject to change without notice.
3) What is the maximum size of artwork that can be displayed in the art gallery?
The maximum size of an artwork is 82” tall, 30” wide, and 290” in length. This is to ensure that the artwork can fit through the gallery entrance and can be displayed on the largest wall in the gallery.
4) ​How many artworks can be displayed in the art gallery at once?
The number of artworks that can be displayed at one time depends on the size of the works. On average, we can accommodate 20-30 pieces of art at one time. We have accommodated over 70 paintings of various sizes at one time.
5) ​Is there any specific theme or style requirement for the art gallery exhibitions?
There are no restrictions on the type of artwork that can be displayed, but we do ask that the artwork is ready for hanging and does not cause social divisions in our community.  However, we do require that the works are presented in a professional manner and are clearly marked for selling, including the name of the artist, the media, the size, and the retail value for the piece.
6) ​Are there any additional charges for using equipment such as lighting or hanging systems?
We provide a large Bluetooth speaker, a 40” TV (not smart), and some wooden chairs in our basement. Any additional equipment is the responsibility of the artist or group.
7) ​Will the gallery provide any promotional support for my exhibition?
The Pazan Gallery team provides some limited promotional support for exhibitions, but ultimately it is the responsibility of the artist or group to promote their show. We highly recommend using social media and other marketing channels to reach out to followers and encourage attendance. Our promotional support includes website blog postings and social media promotions for the exhibition. However, we do not provide individual show promotional materials as a standard, but we can create digital promotions upon request for an additional fee of $150 plus tax, which includes custom-designed flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters to help increase visibility of the exhibition to a wider audience. We can create promotional materials with our logos free of charge. Online promotions are not included in the rental fee, but can be arranged if 50% of the estimated costs are paid in advance.
8) ​What are the gallery’s hours of operation?
Our normal hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. We can extend the hours to 10 pm for special one-time events. We prefer to operate during daylight hours to allow our clients to view the artwork under consistent lighting. ​We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
9) ​Is there any security system in place to protect the artwork?
We have a security alarm in place. We require that the artist or group agrees that Pazan Gallery is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. The artist or group leaves their work at their own risk, as outlined in Pazan Gallery’s Artists or Group Rental agreement.
10) ​Is the art gallery easily accessible by public transportation or by car?
We are located at 6 Brant Avenue in the tourist Village of Port Credit. There is paid and free street parking available at the front of the gallery. We are easily accessible by Mississauga Transit, with close proximity to the Port Credit Go station. We are located near the Queen Elizabeth Highway and Hurontario, about 6 blocks east of Hurontario and Lakeshore Road East.
11) ​What is the availability of the art gallery for rental during the year?
The gallery is available to rent all year round, and we like to book 2 months in advance for each show.
12) ​What is the commission rate on art sales if the artwork is sold during the exhibition?
We charge a 15% commission fee on sales during a paid art exhibition on any items sold over $100. We charge a 50% commission fee for “resident” artists we represent. Resident artists do not pay rental fees but are invited by Pazan Gallery to sell their artworks exclusively at our gallery all year round. Commission fees are necessary for Pazan Gallery to cover some operational expenses and packing materials that may be required to transport artworks locally. Additional shipping charges may apply for special delivery requirements.
13) ​Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or attendees allowed in the gallery at one time?
We can accommodate 30 people at a time, and we can expand to the parking lot to allow for lineups during peak times.
14) ​Are there any specific requirements for installation and deinstallation of the artwork?
We require that artists or groups install and teardown their artworks with the supervision of Pazan Gallery team. We provide ladders but the gallery is not responsible for any accidents or falls. This is to ensure the safety of all parties involved and to prevent any damage to the artworks or the gallery space. We recommend that artists or groups bring their own tools and materials for hanging and installation purposes.
15) ​Are there any restrictions on the type of art media that can be exhibited in the gallery?
There are no restrictions on the style or genre of artwork that can be exhibited at Pazan Gallery. We welcome all types of art including paintings, sculptures, photography, mixed media, and more.
16) ​Is there any insurance coverage for the artwork while on display in the gallery?
Artists or groups exhibit their works of art at their own risk. We do not cover loss of any items due to damage, theft, or negligence by Pazan Gallery. We recommend that artists or groups obtain their own insurance to protect their artwork during transport and exhibition.
17) ​What is the size and layout of the gallery space?
The gallery is approximately 1500 square feet in size. Please refer to the gallery diagram provided on our website below for a detailed layout of the space.
18) ​Are there any requirements for lighting the artwork?
The gallery is equipped with track lighting that provides ample illumination for the artworks on display. We do not require any additional lighting unless the artists or group specifically requests it. 
19) ​Are there any restrictions on the pricing of the artwork being exhibited?
We require that items sold under $100 during the art show must not exceed 20% of the total items sold during the show. This is to ensure that the majority of the artworks on display are of a higher value and to maintain a level of quality for the exhibition.
20) ​Is there any support available for the transportation and handling of the artwork?
Pazan Gallery will prepare the artwork sold for local transportation this is why we charge 15% commission fee to handle processing banking fees and packaging materials for local transportation. Additional charges may be incurred for special transportation requirements. We take great care in packaging and transporting the artworks to ensure that they are delivered to the buyer in the same condition as when they were purchased.
21) ​What is the cancellation policy for the rental agreement?
​We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the gallery space, with the final balance due at the start of the show. Rental Agreement may be terminated at any time by either Gallery or Artist, by means of written notification of termination from either party to the other. Upon the notification of termination, all accounts shall be settled, and all unsold artworks shall be returned. In the event of the Artist’s death, the estate of the Artist shall have the right to terminate the Agreement. 50% of the paid fee will be returned to the artists or group based on a prorated scale based on the remaining days not used.
22) ​Is there any on-site storage available for the artist’s personal belongings?
We offer a small private secure room for use by the artist or group for personal items or storage. This room can also be used as a workspace if needed, but we require that it is kept clean and organized at all times.
23) ​Is there any requirement for the artist to have public liability insurance?
The artists or group does not require additional insurance during the show but we recommend additional insurance if the artists or group requires it to cover loss of items due to theft, damage, or negligence for high valued works of art.
24) ​Do you offer catering services for art openings?
Pazan Gallery allows artists or groups to provide food or beverages during an art opening event. The artists or group is solely responsible for arranging catering services. We require LCBO permits to be acquired prior to an event if liquor is served. No liquor is permitted to be sold at anytime during the course of the rental time since we are not a liquor licensed establishment.
