At Pazan Gallery, art curation is an extension of cultural narrative, ancestral legacy, and archival preservation. Serving Port Credit and the Greater Toronto Area since 2010—backed by our founder's nearly four decades of master picture framing expertise since 1988—we curate meaningful visual experiences for discerning collectors and design-conscious homeowners.
This October, Pazan Gallery proudly collaborates with the Hispanic Canadian Arts & Cultural Association (HCACA) to present the Latin Art Exhibition in celebration of Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month. Featuring two visionary visual artists, this dual showcase explores South American heritage, architectural abstraction, and expressive realism. Lydia Panart: Architectural Semiotics and Abstract Expression Born in Argentina and a graduate architect from the University of Buenos Aires, Lydia Panart brings a structural poise and intellectual depth to abstract art. Mentored by Argentine Master Kenneth Kemble—the pioneer who introduced the international Informalist movement to South America—Panart’s visual language explores semiotics, human transformation, and the delicate boundary between noise and silence, reality and desire. A 2026 Mississauga Arts Council Award Finalist in the Established Visual Arts category, Panart translates life’s complexities into layered, emotionally resonant canvas works. Held in prominent corporate and private collections including the Daniels Corporation, her commanding pieces serve as sophisticated focal points for modern, high-end interior spaces. Gustavo Romero: Luminous Realism and Cultural Identity Hailing from Bogotá, Colombia, visual artist Gustavo Romero brings an intimate, expressive realism to the exhibition. Romero’s mastery across pastels, acrylics, and oils captures the soulful essence of portraiture, wildlife, and vibrant Latin American landscapes. Having spent over 15 years cultivating visual arts across Mississauga, Romero’s work is deeply connected to the warmth, energy, and natural splendor of his Colombian heritage. His delicate brushwork and rich palette create heirloom-quality artworks designed to bring depth and character to curated living environments. Exhibition Details & Opening Reception
